Ingredients
- To make burgers -
- Mix a packet of beef with tomato puree, paprika, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, scallions and fresh coriander. Press into burger shapes and grill.
- Served with a spinach salad to provide an extra iron boost!

- 1 packet of beef
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1 scallions
- 1 handful fresh coriander
