Baked pineapple

Ingredients
- Pineapple
- Cinnamon
- +/- honey (maple syrup if Low FODMAP)
Instructions
- Lay the pineapple slices or cubes onto a baking tray.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon (+/- add some honey or maple syrup)
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes! (Flip them half way if you remember!)
