Lynne B Orla is a wealth of knowledge and so expertise in her field. I love her approach during her consultations, she really listens and takes in all your dietary/health concerns as well as making them work into your lifestyle or busy home life. She's also very generous in sharing that expertise for free across her newsletter and social media platforms. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her Roisin Bell Some very helpful, clear and practical advice in this week’s newsletter from Orla. David Dolan I am a very amature traithele. I always aspired to do an ironman but i realised my ignorance about fueling was a majorly limiting factor. About 6 months ago I did a couple of sessions with Orla which greatly improved my knowledge. Since applying that guidance I have never really hit "the wall". Of course it's been hard etc, but there is a big difference between "hitting the wall" because you're completely depleted and something being hard. A few weeks ago I completed an ironman distance triathlon, and while no records were broken (13:41) my goals of surviving and finishing without stopping were achieved. It was clear to me without the expert and practical guidance I received from Orla I most likely would not have been able to put in the training I did or complete the event itself in a relatively comfortable way. I can not recommend Orla's service highly enough. It was the key to achieving this life goal. Clodagh W Following are Orla on Instagram! She provides sound, evidence-based advice on nutrition, exercise and even shares some great recipes. Her approach is refreshing in a world where social media is flooded with misinformation. Her guidance is always grounded in solid research, making it easy to trust and follow. Unlike much of the nonsense you see online, Orla cuts through the noise and delivers clear, factual information that’s practical for anyone looking to improve their health. Michael Murphy Orla's knack of communicating complex dietary advice in clear and relevant bit-sized chunks is brilliant. I always get something useful for my health out of her newsletters, interviews and webinars. Louise Jordan Love Orla's straight talking easy to understand explanations and she has some great online resources for gaining knowledge on a variety of nutrition and other topics Lorena Pereira I've been working with Isabelle Fagan (from Orla's team) the last few months, and it has been a life-changing experience! She helped me manage my gallstones, and since starting with her, I’ve had no pain at all up until I needed surgery. Isabelle also guided me in improving my relationship with food, teaching me to see it as "fuel" rather than something to stress over. Her caring and supportive approach made the entire process sooo easy. I can’t recommend her enough! ❤️ Marilena F Orla is so generous with information regarding healthy eating across all her media platforms. Truly a great resource.
