My kids love pizza and well, so do I! I love this simple pizza dough recipe where you simply mix flour and yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of self-raising flour
  • 1 cup of yoghurt

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Mix together flour and yogurt to make the dough.
  • Put some flour on your hands before you get stuck in to reduce your hands getting super sticky. Divide into 4 equal pieces. On a floured surface, knead the dough and then roll  it out using a floured rolling pin.
  • Place the pizza bases onto parchment lined baking tray or pizza trays.
  • Bake for a few minutes to par bake them before adding your sauce, cheese and favourite toppings. Return to oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes.

Ciara’s Tomato Sauce

  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano

How to make it

Add the ingredients to a saucepan. Simmer for 30 mins in a saucepan.

Use on pasta (great to have a batch made in the freezer) or on your pizza base!
