Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
- Simply mix all the ingredients together, in a bowl or in your lunchbox and eat cold in the morning! Enjoy!
Instructions
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 apple, grated
- a sprinkle of mixed spice or cinnamon
- a few spoons of raisins
- Optional: Addition of seeds, nuts and berries
