Ingredients

  • Pineapple
  • Cinnamon
  • +/- honey (maple syrup if Low FODMAP)

Instructions

  1. Lay the pineapple slices or cubes onto a baking tray.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon (+/- add some honey or maple syrup)
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes! (Flip them half way if you remember!)
