Baked Porridge - the alternative method!
- Mix the porridge oats with the egg, yoghurt and vanilla essence.
- Place in an oven proof dish. Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C, or until golden brown.
- Serve with yogurt, nuts, seeds or/and berries!
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 egg
- 100g of yoghurt
- drop of vanilla essence
