Strawberry n cream baked porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 125g pot yoghurt
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • Strawberries

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the oats, egg, vanilla and yoghurt together. Squish into an overproof dish.
  2. 2. Slice the strawberries and layer on top.
  3. 3. Bake for 30min at 180°C.
  4. Lovely with yoghurt!
